The team members bring a wealth of excellent economic development and marketing experience to their work. All share a deep commitment to Platte County and a strong desire to help it succeed and grow.


Tina Chace

Tina Chace joins Platte County EDC as the Executive Director. She understands the need for relationship building in a membership-based organization which is critical to the economic vitality of PCEDC.  Tina most recently served as the Director of Business Development for the Lee’s Summit Economic Development Council and has experience in every facet of economic development including business recruitment and retention, workforce development and organizational growth. She recently completed the International Economic Development Council’s extensive two-year program of study resulting in a certification from the University of Oklahoma in Economic Development. Additionally, Tina has more than twenty years of experience in business administration and marketing across public, private and non-profit sectors. Tina joined Platte County EDC in January 2022 and is excited to lend her talents to the fastest-growing county in Missouri.

Allison Schultz
Marketing & PR Manager

Allison Schultz joins Platte County EDC as the Marketing & PR Manager. In this role, she is responsible for all marketing and business attraction project services. Additionally, she leads all social media, communication, and graphic design initiatives. Before joining PCEDC, Allison worked as a Business Development/Marketing Officer for a credit union where she was responsible for marketing and business development initiatives within the KC area public safety communities. A graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Allison completed her Master of Science in Mass Communications from Kansas State University in 2022. Allison joined Platte County EDC in April 2021 and is looking forward to lending her marketing and communications talents to this team.
