2018 Community Development Day
Thanks to our great partners and communities, who helped make our fourth annual Community Development Day such a success.
The Platte County EDC hosted 85 commercial brokers, real estate developers, community representatives, and sponsors at its third annual Community Development Day on Monday, May 14th.
The event provided a full day of networking at The National Golf Club in Parkville and featured a Community and Sponsor Expo, lunch, golf scramble, and dinner.
The day kicked off with a Community and Sponsor Expo where Platte County communities, Kansas City, Parkville, Platte City, Riverside, and Weston had the opportunity to showcase what was happening in their communities.
After a full day on the course at The National, the winning team was Chris Williams, Keith Baker, Darrel Holden, and Jason Hobick. Second place was Dave Long, Jade Liska, Pete Fullerton, and John Green, while Brian Votava, Lynette Russ, Cas Patykiewicz, and Chuck Zoog took Third place.
