Platte County Workforce Alliance

Upcoming Events

The Platte County Workforce Alliance (PCWFA) brings together key leaders from the county's business community and educational institutions to strengthen our local workforce. Through collaborative efforts, the alliance commissions labor reports, supports student career exploration, enhances employer training partnerships, and promotes Platte County as THE ideal location for business investment.

Beginning in 2023, the PCWFA held strategic planning meetings to guide its workforce development initiatives. These efforts led to the creation of three targeted subcommittees, each designed to sharpen the alliance's focus and increase its impact on the community.
