KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Sept. 17, 2018) – Zona Rosa, a 1.1 million-square-foot mixed-use town center in Kansas City, Mo., is now under the management of Trademark Property Company, a full-service real estate firm based in Fort Worth, Texas.
The mixed-use center includes 983,016 square feet of retail space, 112,615 square feet of office space, 73 residential units, and over 100 retail tenants. Anchors include Dillard’s, Old Navy, Dick’s, DSW and Barnes & Noble. Zona Rosa hosts popular events like the Northern Lights Holiday Lighting Ceremony, Summer Concerts on the Square and Festa Italiana, all of which will continue under Trademark’s management, while also looking for new ways to serve the community.
