Tutera Senior Living & Health Care holds ribbon cutting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (September 26, 2017) – Tutera Senior Living & Health Care showcased the opening of Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Phase I of the new $65 million Tiffany Springs Senior Community in Kansas City North, Mo. (9191 N. Ambassador Drive). A ribbon cutting event for the community and local dignitaries was held on Tuesday October 3, 2017.

Following Tutera’s “inspired by you” approach to senior care, Tiffany Springs Senior Community will be the Northland’s newest full-service continuum-of-care community. The 14-acre luxury community will exemplify the highest standards in senior living and wellness design. Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center features:

  • the latest therapy equipment – including KoreBalance, Litegate treadmills to reduce recovery time – integrated with expert, individualized care to promote effective and quick healing  Specialty outdoor space featuring three rehabilitation and healing gardens
  • Multiple restaurant-style dining options with healthy menus created by in-house chefs, as well as outdoor entertainment spaces

  • Three“neighborhoods” surrounding interior courtyards to create a park-like environment

When complete, Tiffany Springs Senior Community will include over 300 residential units with 300,000 square feet of senior living space to create a senior community unmatched in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
