Christopher W. Byrd with the law firm Hazelton & Laner, LLP will
serve as the organization's Chair. Byrd's practice focuses on real
estate law, governmental affairs, public law and land use issues.
He also has a health care practice representing health care providers.
As well as practicing law, he is a registered lobbyist in the State
of Missouri. Byrd is involved in numerous civic and social organizations
within the Northland community.

Knack - Vice-Chair
David Knack, Executive Director for ADT Security Services, will
serve as the organization's vice-chair. Dave has been with ADT for
over 24 years serving in various capacities in different parts of
the country. ADT employs roughly 1,000 team members in Platte County.
Dave has been very active in areas of the community most notably
with the Park Hill School District and the Spelman Medical Foundations
Center for Women and Family Wellness.

Salerno –
Secretary/Treasurer
Rosemary Salerno, General Manager for Zona Rosa, will serve as the
organization's secretary/treasurer. In March 2004, Rosemary Salerno
was named general manager of Zona Rosa, Kansas City's newest urban
town center at I-29 and Barry Road. Prior to joining Zona Rosa,
Salerno served as general manager/marketing manager at Prime Outlets
at Odessa for nine years, beginning with the center's grand opening
in 1995. She is also a member of numerous organizations in the Northland,
regionally and internationally.

Bowers - Immediate Past Chair
James C. Bowers, Jr. with the law firm White Goss Bowers
March Schulte & Weisenfels will serve as the organization's
immediate past chair. Bowers is one of the founding members of the
real estate law firm and his practice focuses on public law and
land use issues such as development, zoning, tax increment financing,
condemnations, redevelopment and all types of building codes. For
over thirty years, Bowers has assisted clients in multiple Northland
development projects. He practices throughout the Kansas City metro
area, as well as other areas of Missouri and Kansas.
